Delete your Compass Post account

Compass Post by Çağlar Serdar · iPhone, iPad and Android

Compass Post creates a game account for you automatically; it has no email address or password. To delete it and the data linked to it:

  1. Email info@nodewires.com with the subject Delete my Compass Post account.
  2. So we can find your account, include at least one of: a Google Play or App Store order number of a purchase, your Google Play Games or Game Center player name, or the device model and the date you last played.
  3. We reply to confirm, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

The game account and its device and Game Center or Play Games links, your miles, passports and jokers, your flights and joker use, and the gameplay analytics linked to the account. Backup copies age out within 14 days.

What is kept

Records of purchases (order number, product, date and what was credited) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 10 years, and are not used for anything else. Deleted miles and purchases cannot be restored.

Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your phone but does not delete the account on our server.
