One compass, the whole world. Each level names a city: spin the compass toward it from where you are, lock your heading and see how close you came.

My miles or passports are missing. Balances are kept on our server. Make sure you are online and signed in to the same Game Center or Google Play Games account, then reopen the game.

A purchase didn't arrive. Reopen Duty Free while online; unfinished purchases are retried automatically. If it still doesn't arrive, email us with the date of the purchase.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com for the iPhone and iPad app, and by Google Play at play.google.com for the Android app.
